Affects price:
Complicated design (ex. patterns, chains, wings, etc), including hands, weapon, background, pets, the complexity of lighting and angle. Do you have a character design ready or do you need to create one.
Do not affect the price:
Minor special effects (particles, snow).
Flat color/gradient background.

I will only need a character reference from you. Everything else will be up to me. If you ask, for example, a character to "smile" or "dark atmosphere" it will immediately lose "Artistic Freedom" status.
Process: I will send you only the finished illustration.
Fixes can be added on the final piece if I made a mistake in character design.

Process
I will send you three stages:0. To better understand the task when working on a complex design, I may, at my discretion, create and discuss with you a moodboard with aesthetic themes and references.
1. Sketch (main changes pose, emotions, composition)
2.Flat colours (minor changes - mostly colours, patterns)
3. Finished workI can send more if you ask or if I have any questions during the process.
Terms of service
General terms• By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.• I have the right to reject your request without question or if there was a violation of TOS.• Cancelation during progress will not be refunded• If after claiming a slot you haven't responded in 48 hours, the slot will be cancelled.• Keep in mind: simplification and stylization of the artwork do not mean it doesn't match the design• I reserve the right to use, modify and/or resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions after two months since it has been created.• I can keep your commission private for a fee of 50% added to the original price.• Don't forget to download your files. Disk storage time is 3 months

Process and Changes•Free changes: 2-3 small timely changes at each stage (sketch, color, render).• Timely edits are:
Sketch - composition, pose, facial expressions
Color - color, facial expressions
Render - color and light• Full sketch redraw: 1 time for free, every next one is 50% from the price. Fixes and changes: prices will be discussed.

50% prepayment is required upfront to begin the project.
The remaining 50% balance is due once the artwork is halfway completed.

Timeline• The usual estimated time: 1-2 weeks.• if final commission will not be submitted within 2 months without contact you will get refunded.• I will always do my best to complete your commission within an agreement estimated time, if the commission is delayed due to any circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

What will you receive• The final commission piece will be sent as PNG files via Google drive.• I don't work with PSD, but I can split the image into layers and send each layer as a separate image with a transparent background (all images will be in the same folder).•Base canvas will be 2250x3000px. Max canvas: 4500x4500px are available upon request for an additional fee

Canceling/Refunding Policy• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.• Since my workflow follows a step-by-step structure (prepayment – work – approval – next prepayment), you have the right to discontinue the project at any time by simply not paying for the next stage. In this case, you retain only the already completed and paid-for part of the work, with no further obligations from either side.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
FOR PERSONAL USE• No NFT and AI training• Even after completing the commission, I, the artist, will continue to hold intellectual property rights over the produced drawing.• Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself with in any place or site without claiming the character(s)/concept as my own.
To display it and post anywhere to my liking (except the client requests the commission to remain private, which is absolutely acceptable)
I will NOT however make any additional profit from the illustration.• The commissioner are allowed to:
Print the artwork for private use ONLY.
Upload the artwork to any social media/website (Credit is required and appreciated)
Change it to your liking. (Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.)• In case of copyright infringement, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.•The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork as its creator.
Using the artwork to promote your brand/your person commercially.
Making any merchandise of the artwork.
Selling the artwork rights to third parties (private or commercial partners)Use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies, including those that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre. Sublicensing the artwork in such manner is also prohibited.

FOR COMMERCIAL USE• Only with a contract• No NFT and AI training• Even after completing the commission, I, the artist, will continue holding intellectual property rights over the produced drawing.• Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Use it in books, covers, as any sort of merch;
Change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. (Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited)• In case of copyright infringement, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.• The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork as its creator or refusing to display my name anywhere on the main product [On the book’s back or inner cover].
Selling the artwork rights to third parties (private or commercial partners)Use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies, including those that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre. Sublicensing the artwork in such manner is also prohibited.
What I need from you if you order in DM
Use: personal or commercial
Sheet size or canvase size: base/a4/circle/square/1000x1000px/10x10cm/etc
If print for what: T-shirt/pins/postcard/ etc
Type: Portrait/Half body/etc
Artistic Freedom: if yes do NOT fill "pose", "lighting" and "background" information.
Watermark: your username, nickname or name that I will put on web version of commission.
Character: name (if it's a famous character), text and visual reference.
Outfit: visual references if it's different from character reference. If the same as on OC, do not include this part.
Weapon/pet: visual reference if yes
Pose/emotions/angle: text description and visual references.
Lighting/atmosphere (for sketch: color): text description and visual references (For example: Purple light from below, a mysterious atmosphere similar to Halloween).
Background: (exept for "Sketch") text description and visual references, if none do not include this part
Deadline: desired completion date (especially if the commission is urgent or tied to an event). If this field is not filled in, your response automatically becomes "standard", which is 1-2 weeks
